Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
Create compelling and effective design solutions across various media, including digital, print, branding, and advertising.
Concept Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that meet client objectives.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.
Client Interaction:
Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring their vision is realised.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to keep it fresh and contemporary.
Quality Control:
Ensure all design work is accurate, on-brand, and meets the client’s specifications and standards.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency setting.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of web design principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
Creativity:
A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Time Management:
