MIG/ TIG Welder - Poole - Immediate Start - £15ph - Permanent 

A well-established precision engineering and sheet metal fabrication company based in Poole, with over 30 years of industry experience. The company works with a wide range of materials and supplies high-quality fabricated and welded components to customers across a variety of sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join their skilled workshop team.

The duties for the successful MIG/ TIG Welder 
Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Weld a variety of components and fabricated assemblies
Work from engineering drawings and job specifications
Fabricate and weld sheet metal components
Prepare materials before welding and complete finishing work where required
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets the required quality standards
Use workshop machinery and equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Work as part of a busy and experienced production team
Ensure work is completed accurately and within required deadlinesThe Requirements for succesfull MIG/ TIG Welder 
Previous experience in MIG and TIG welding
Good welding and fabrication skills
Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium would be advantageous
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Good understanding of workshop health and safety
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
