Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable role with flexible working hours and a great team environment? Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join their growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate, generous holiday allowance, and a range of staff benefits.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality welded components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Prepare materials for welding and assembly.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (essential).
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
Package & Benefits:

Up to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
5 hour per week contract.
Flexible working hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Monday to Friday working.
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
