The successful candidate will have a strong track record of hands-on engineering projects delivering large scale-scale Microsoft tenant migrations, policy migrations and infrastructure separation migrations using Quest On Demand (Quest OD). Required Skills & Experience of the Migration Engineer: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment. Delivery of Infrastructure migration projects in during a Merger & Acquisition / Divestment. Strong Experience and background using Quest On Demand. Extensive experience with Azure AD / Entra ID migrations and identity management. Experience delivering process migrations with M&A or transformation programmes. Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure experience. Key Responsibilities of the Migration Engineer: Deliver large-scale M&A, divestment and infrastructure separation projects. Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. Utilise Quest On Demand (Quest OD) to deliver large-scale tenant migrations. Support process migration across business and technical environments as part of the M&A programme. Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations, including users, groups, identities and access. Support the migration of Microsoft 365 services, mailboxes, SharePoint and associated workloads. Ensure migrations are delivered against agreed timelines while minimising business disruption.
