Are you a customer-focused sales professional looking for your next

We are recruiting for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing business within the insurance sector. This role sits within the Migrations Team, helping customers transition smoothly onto new policies while delivering an exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound customer enquiries, providing expert advice and guidance.
Managing policy migrations, ensuring customers are supported throughout the process.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize conversions.
Building strong relationships with customers and handling queries efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in an inbound sales or customer service role.
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
A proactive and results-driven approach.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment (preferred but not essential).
