Our STARS deliver a consistently high-end, comprehensive, and discreet security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests, and employees at the designated site(s). STARS ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property, and information always, in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. STARS are the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises.

The STARS Operations Support will be responsible for supporting the STARS Deputy Manager in leading and motivating the team of STARS nationally to deliver excellent levels of service to the client. This will be achieved by ensuring that all employees are correctly recruited, trained, and supported to provide excellent service to STARS customers. You will be be supporting the STARS Deputy Manager to monitor and be responsible for the administration for the STARS team, including ensuring attention to detail and accuracy of all operational data, reporting, auditing, correct storage of documents, time management and taking meeting notes. The STARS Operations Support will be responsible for building both internal and external stakeholder relationships, promoting the STARS program through internal/external media platforms and conducting site visits to ensure standards are being met.
This role will also include attending current and potential new STARS locations nationally to showcase our services
