Minibus Driver (9 Seater)

We have opportunities for three Minibus Drivers to work on a major refinery shutdown at Fawley Refinery, Southampton (SO45 1TX). Candidates must hold a valid standard car (Category B) license and ideally be competen drivers. Previous experience transporting personnel safely and efficiently on busy industrial or commercial sites and or other driving experience will be considered

⚠️Start Date: ASAP i.e. from Saturday 25/10

The Role

Transport personnel safely between site locations, parking areas and welfare facilities
Carry out pre-use vehicle inspections and basic vehicle safety checks
Ensure all passengers follow site safety rules and seatbelt requirements
Maintain accurate passenger and journey records where required
Coordinate with site supervision to support shift changeovers and workforce movements
Operate vehicles safely in accordance with site traffic management plans

Requirements

Category B (standard car) driving licence
Aged 21+ (minimum)
Held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
Good knowledge of vehicle safety checks and road safety requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong safety awareness and ability to work within strict site procedures

Additional Information

72 hours per week, Monday to Friday and Sundays
