Minibus Driver (Seasonal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport staff and clients as directed by the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager, following Health & Safety guidelines.
• Perform daily reporting to the Fleet Controller for job allocations.
• Conduct manual handling activities, including loading and unloading items.
• Clean UKME vehicles as required.
• Maintain readiness and responsiveness by keeping the work mobile phone switched on and always answered.
• Work according to a flexible rota, especially during high season.
• Always Follow instructions from the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager.
• Perform any additional reasonable tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
• Comply with UKME’s policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicles in good condition.
• Support chauffeurs in their duties as needed.
• Accurately record mileage for all trips.
• Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Minibus/Van driver.
• Possession of a full and valid D1 driver’s license.
• Familiarity with driving in the Surrey area (desirable).
