You will be working for a Tier 1 contractor that operates across various sectors, including major projects, civils and maintenance. Working within their maintenance division, you will be based on their Basildon repairs and maintenance contract.

As a Minor works supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the team
• Drive excellent service standards
• Achieve KPIs
• Assessment of resources
• Cost awareness and programme planning
• Review meetings with the team
• Development of team
• Complaint management

What you'll need to succeed
The below are essential requirements to be considered for this position:

• Full UK driving licence
• Scaffold inspection
• PASMA
• Working at height qualification
• Blue CSCS
• Level 3 trade or supervisor NVQ
