The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional with both personal and corporate tax experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing technical expertise, and helping to shape and grow the wider team.

You will work closely with the existing leadership team, bringing both strategic input and hands-on support to the department.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients across varied sectors
• Providing expert technical guidance to clients
• Supervising the junior team and leading the delivery of tax services
• Overseeing workflows, delegating effectively, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Playing a role in team development
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s continued success

The personal tax client base includes sole traders, partnerships, company directors, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals, spanning multiple industries. The team also has particular expertise in sectors such as professional services, healthcare, and agriculture.
The corporate tax portfolio is equally diverse, ranging from owner-managed businesses to large corporate groups and complex entities.

Experience

• ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong background in personal and corporate tax compliance
• Experience managing juniors and client portfolios
• A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and client service
