Job Description - Mixing Associate

?? Role Overview: Mixing Associate

You'll be responsible for blending raw materials to perfection, ensuring every batch meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • ?? Weighing and mixing ingredients with precision
  • ? Operating mixing equipment safely and efficiently
  • ?? Monitoring and adjusting processes for consistency
  • ?? Keeping your workspace spotless and safe
  • ?? Recording batch data and tracking inventory
  • ??? Assisting with equipment checks and maintenance
? What You'll Need:
  • Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Confidence with weights, measurements, and basic maths
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
  • Physical stamina to lift and stand for long periods
?? The Details:
  • Pay: £13.44 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term
  • Extras: 25 days' holiday (pro rata) + 8 public/bank holidays ?
  • Bonus: Paid overtime during busy periods ??
