We’re recruiting for Mobile AC Engineers to join an established building services and facilities management organisation operating across London.

Mobile AC Engineer

Working across multiple sites in Central London and the surrounding areas.

Company van and fuel card provided.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Salary up to £50,000 basic, with overtime opportunities taking OTE to £60,000–£65,000.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC plant and equipment.

Maintain and repair air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs).

Complete job reports, risk assessments and other required documentation using a PDA or relevant systems.

Identify and report additional remedial works where required.

Liaise professionally with clients regarding completed works and further maintenance requirements.

Keep contract managers and office teams informed of site activities and equipment changes.

Provide technical support to colleagues and assist with wider maintenance requirements.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For
Relevant industry qualifications, including F-Gas certification.

Proven experience in HVAC, air conditioning and building services maintenance.

Practical experience working with AHUs and FCUs.

Good knowledge of mechanical systems, with basic electrical and plumbing knowledge desirable.

Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

The ability to manage your own workload and work independently.

A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.

The ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
