We’re recruiting a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to join an established facilities management team, supporting commercial properties across Leicestershire.
As a Mobile Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer, you’ll enjoy a varied role combining air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical maintenance, with responsibility for planned and reactive repairs, fault finding and installations.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
*
Service, maintain and repair air conditioning units, chillers, compressors and controls.
*
Complete electrical maintenance, installations and alterations to motors, control panels and wiring.
*
Diagnose faults and replace defective components.
*
Install, test and maintain refrigeration systems and associated pipework.
*
Ensure all work meets health and safety and technical compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For
*
Commercial HVAC, air conditioning or refrigeration maintenance experience.
*
Strong electrical and mechanical building services knowledge.
*
Relevant HVAC qualifications, including City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11.
*
Level 2/3 qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Heating & Ventilation or equivalent.
*
Level 3 Electrical qualification and 18th Edition.
*
Inspection & Testing qualification desirable.
*
IPAF/PASMA desirable.
*
Full UK driving licence.
