Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a mobile role with door-to-door pay, quality commercial work, and the chance to grow with a supportive, specialist team?

This is a great opportunity to join a respected, long-established HVAC company, working on service contracts across London, the Home Counties, and occasionally Cardiff. You'll carry out maintenance, repairs, and commissioning, with regular manufacturer and compliance training to support your development.

The role is home-based with rare office visits and includes a van (with personal use). You'll join a call-out rota and benefit from enhanced overtime pay.

This position would suit a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a mobile role with overtime earning potential.

The Role:

• Service, fault-finding, repair and commissioning of VRV/VRF, chillers, DX systems, heat pumps, close control, cold rooms, and control systems troubleshooting
• Mobile position across London & the Home Counties with occasional Cardiff cover
• Field/home-based with very rare office attendance
• £40,000 - £65,000 + Door-to-door pay, with overtime paid at 1.5x or 2x

The Candidate:

• F-Gas certified (essential)
• Experience with a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, commissioning, and controls troubleshooting
• Full UK driving licence
