With over 40 years of industry success, the business provides installation, maintenance, servicing and breakdown support to a wide range of commercial clients across the UK. Due to continued growth and the award of several new contracts, they are now seeking an additional field-based engineer to cover Northamptonshire and the surrounding region. Salary of £37,000 - £40,000 Realistic OTE of £43,000 - £50,000+ Paid door-to-door travel Company van and fuel card All travel expenses covered Overtime paid at 1.5x 30 days holiday including Bank Holidays Company Pension scheme Ongoing manufacturer and industry training Funded certifications including IPAF, PASMA, CSCS and F-Gas Long-term career progression opportunities Stable workload with established blue-chip clients The Role As a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across customer sites. Your duties will include: Reactive breakdown response and fault diagnosis Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment Electrical and mechanical fault finding Working on VRV, VRF, Split Systems, Multi-Splits, Chillers and Cold Rooms Leak detection, repairs and system testing Completing service reports and maintenance documentation Delivering excellent customer service on-site Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements About You We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience working within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sector and are looking to join a business that values and rewards its workforce. Essential Requirements Proven experience working on Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration systems Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability Full UK Driving Licence Excellent customer-facing skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Desirable Qualifications & Experience NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Previous experience in a field service role IPAF, PASMA or CSCS accreditation Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Panasonic or Fujitsu Interested?
