Summary:

This role is pivotal in providing top\-notch cleaning services across communal areas in various residential settings throughout the City of Cardiff. These settings include Community Living schemes, homeless hostels, high\-rise buildings, and low\-rise blocks of flats. The position ensures that all communal spaces are consistently well\-maintained, fostering a safe and clean environment for residents. The role is resident\-focused, requiring a genuine commitment to making a positive impact by upholding high cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high\-quality cleaning services in communal areas.
  


• Maintain cleanliness in Community Living schemes, homeless hostels, and residential buildings.
