Our client is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness across multiple sites. A company vehicle, mobile phone, and fuel card are provided to support travel across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cleaning duties including deep cleans, buffing, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning tasks
• Travel to various commercial and residential sites within the Southwest region
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet client expectations
• Adapt to flexible start times based on business needs
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness on every site

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence - Essential
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a cleaning role (desirable)
• Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work efficiently
• Strong communication skills
