We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Mobile Facilities Operative on behalf of a well-established national service provider. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work within a high-performing team that keeps environments spotless, safe, and welcoming.

?? What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine and specialist cleaning tasks to high standards
• Travelling between sites in a company vehicle to complete assignments
• Supporting one-off cleans, deep cleans, and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Communicating effectively with clients and teams to ensure satisfaction
• Delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and care

?? What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and grow
• Ideally some understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work
• Full UK driving licence is essential-vehicle provided
• Comfortable with occasional weekend work, overnight stays, and varied shifts
• Willing to complete company-funded training courses as required
• Strong spoken English and good interpersonal skills
