Mobile Commercial Plumber - Must have G3 Qualification

A Leading Facilities and Maintenance company is seeking a Commercial Plumber to work on a large maintenance contract in the Bolton Area.

About the role:

Plumbing, tank replacements and remedial works as instructed and in accordance with current standards
Planned maintenance when work load dictates
Assessment of jobs in advance, and contribute to the planning of labour and materials necessary to complete the works successfully
Risk assessments and ensure work is completed safely. You will also report accidents, hazards and near misses.
Fault finding and the identification of solutions to problems
Timely and detailed service reports including upkeep of on-line records
Regular customer communications including planning, and pre and post job review
Call out rota 1 - 6Essential Skills

Experience of carrying out planned and remedial maintenance work.
Ability to work on own initiative and lead jobs when required.
Full and valid UK Driving LicenceDesirable Experience

A recognised plumbing qualification, CWST cleans, Press Unit Servicing, Minor install works like pipework repairs/ replacement, WC repairs, taps, etc. tank cleans
A full valid driving licence (required)
Level 2 or higher plumbing (required)

Company Van i.e. Ford Connect (Reasonable personal use permitted)
Call-out runs from Friday - Friday
Call-out paid at £70 a week
Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30 with a 30-minute lunch break Friday 08:00 to 15:30
Overtime - Saturday after 12.00 and Sunday & Bank/Public Holidays is double time.
25 days holiday + stat days + Birthday
Pension - contribution 3%
