A day in the life:
- You will report into the Head of Engineering of Mobile.
- Managing the engineers in the Mobile Platform team and be responsible for motivating the team and holding the right bar on performance and drive quality across all stages of the SDLC.
- This is a leadership role that requires a balance of technical acumen, project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex high profile strategic projects at scale.
- Working closely with Principal Engineer in Mobile, as well as the entire mobile community, to execute the technical strategy for the mobile app itself and to improve how it is built, distributed and observed.
- Communicating with stakeholders (technical and otherwise) and bring product teams closer together. Some of your stakeholders will be the most senior members of the business.
