Mobile HVAC Service Engineer Required Essex & London

Up to £60,000 plus package depending on experience.

I’m currently working with a mid sized M&E Contractor based in Central Essex who are now looking to recruit an experienced Mobile HVAC Service Engineer who will work across projects covering Essex & London.

The company specialises in providing Mechanical and Electrical Building Services encompassing design, supply, installation, and commissioning within the traditional installation sector along with a growing presence within the renewables market.

Their projects primarily span the Commercial, Residential, Retail & renewables sectors, with contract values typically ranging from £50k to £2m.

Assignments are concentrated in Essex and London, requiring a balanced work week split between on-site responsibilities and the Head Office in Basildon.

Duties include:

Travel to various client locations to provide on-site service and maintenance.

Attend callouts to inspect any reported issues.

*

Liaise with the client on site to provide and manage a service & maintenance visit.

*

Provide support, planning and scheduling of works.

*

Provide on-site quotations/ or detail what’s required for any remedial works.

*

Carry out on-site surveys to gather an asset list of mechanical equipment.

*

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation units.

Conduct system inspections, identify potential issues, and execute repairs to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Package includes:

* Salary Range: £50,000 to £60,000 + Travel
