Do you want to be mobile in West & Central London? Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in West & Central London (Twickenham, Hanwell, Wandsworth and Central London. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across High End residential estates and commercial offices. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The ideal candidate will live in West Side of London due to the location of the sites.
