Mobile Maintenance Technician (Electrical OR Mechanical)

Position- Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location- South Yorkshire
Job Type- Fulltime
Shift timing- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On call rota basis & Flexible to work on weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance using JLL's CAFM system

* Conduct regular inspections and repairs on building fabric/facilities

* Perform basic plumbing, drainage, water hygiene, painting, and carpentry tasks

* Engage with specialist subcontractors and maintain accurate site records

* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation

* Report issues accurately and escalate when required

Essential Requirements:

* Experience in building maintenance or facilities management

* Fabric Engineer apprenticeship/Carpentry & Joinery qualifications or similar

* Proficiency with PDA and CAFM systems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints

* Customer-focused with professional appearance

Working Conditions:

* Must reside geographically near job sites

* Flexibility required for weekend work and on-call rota

* Shared rota pattern with team members

* Compliance with company and site personnel policies
