This is a local role with no London travel, ideal for engineers with a strong mechanical or electrical building services background. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings. Respond to reactive M&E faults and complete repairs efficiently. Service and maintain electrical and mechanical building services equipment. Diagnose faults on HVAC, heating, ventilation, and associated plant. Complete job reports and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service while covering a mobile Hertfordshire portfolio. Complying with SFG20 Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements Need to live in the Hertfordshire area Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or Level 2/3 mechanical/plumbing Strong building services knowledge 5 years’ experience in a similar position UK Driver’s License Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays Company Van & Fuel Card (Private use) Travel Paid after 30 minutes each way 6 monthly bonuses (£500, £1,000 or £1,500) Overtime & training NO London travel If you live in and around the Hertfordshire area,this could be the role for you.
