Sellick is pleased to support a leading facilities management provider is seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join an established building services team supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties across Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer with experience across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems who is looking for a varied role with long-term stability and career development.
The Mobile Engineer Role will involve
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services assets, ensuring sites remain compliant, safe and operational. Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems Fault finding, repair and replacement of building services equipment Maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and associated plant Electrical testing, inspection and remedial works Maintenance of pumps, motors, controls and associated mechanical equipment Completion of compliance and statutory maintenance tasks Liaising with site stakeholders and subcontractors Participation in a 1 in 5 out-of-hours call-out rotaTo be considered for the M&E Role, you will have:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Previous experience within facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance environments Full UK Driving Licence If you feel you are the right Mobile Maintenance Engineer for this role, apply now.
