We are looking for an experienced and proactive Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties.
As a Mobile M&E Supervisor, you will combine strong technical knowledge with effective team leadership, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and remedial works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, provide technical support, liaise with clients and ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Mobile M&E Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead and inspire a team of 3 technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operations
* Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with SLA targets
* Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed within acceptable timescales
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and address any concerns or issues
* Attend client calls and meetings where required ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly
* Provide first-line management by conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and supporting individual development
* Carry out risk assessments, site log book and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation and company procedures
We're looking for a Mobile M&E Supervisor with a strong background in commercial building services and facilities maintenance.
You'll ideally have:
* Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic systems
* Ability to carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards
* Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects
