Job Description - Mobile Mechanical and Electrical engineer Energy Services

Location: Within the M25, LondonCompany: Family-run business focused on mental wellbeing and a positive work environmentRole Overview:

Work Type: Mobile, covering 22 sites in London
Contract: Energy Services
Duties:
- Mechanical: Pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, cooling tower testing, vibration analysis, HIU servicing, chiller and boiler checks, water treatment, and more.
- Electrical: Motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding, and more.
- General: Servicing AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, underfloor heating, pipework, and HVAC systems.
- Additional: Reactive call-outs, troubleshooting, system diagnostics, producing quotations, managing subcontractors, and overseeing Health & Safety.

Benefits:

Salary: £40,000 - £50K per annum (based on experience)
Overtime: Potential to earn an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per year
Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension: 4% employer contribution
Vehicle: High spec commercial vehicle with SatNav, automatic transmission, air conditioning, comfort seating, and tools racking. Fuel card provided.

Qualifications:

Time-served mechanical/electrical apprenticeship
City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
NHC HND (desirable)
Minimum six years’ experience in the field
