Mobile Mechanical Engineer - Bristol, England- Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE
A great opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Bristol, England.
Full time permanent role
Monday to Friday
8 am to 5 pm
Fully Expensed Van
£40,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Reporting any defects and answering in queries
Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
Must Hold relevant qualifications C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
Full UK Driving License
