Mobile Multi-Skilled Handyman

We are excited to announce that a well established facilities maintenance company is currently seeking a talented and versatile mobile multi-skilled handyman to join their dynamic team on a permanent contract. Salary £30 Working Monday-Friday 07:30 – 16:30, plus overtime outside these hours. 

Job Duties

The Mobile Multi-skilled Handyman job will require:

Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across various sites in London and South East. 

Carrying out basic routine maintenance tasks including carpentry, decorating, lock repairs, basic plumbing tasks; cleaning/changing filters & visual inspections and basic electrical tasks; lamp changes and emergency light testing​, roof repairs and air conditioning maintenance. 

Completing planned preventative maintenance as well as responding to reactive maintenance requests from the grounds team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman

A Full UK driving license is essential. 

Excellent communication ability

Understanding of health and safety procedures would be essential.

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Well organized and apt in problem-solving

Attention to detail

Reliable & Flexible 

Eligible to work in the UK

Job Location

The Mobile Multi Skilled Handyman Job will be mobile around London and East London. 

Job Offer

Permanent Contract 

Salary: £30,000 plus overtime

On-call rotation: one night per week and one weekend per month

Salary review upon successful completion of 6-month probationary period. 

Significant overtime available — engineers typically earn an additional £800 - £1,300 net per month. 

21 days' holiday per year (excluding bank holidays).

Company van provided.
