Mobile Paint Sprayer / SMART Repairs

• Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

We are seeking a talented and efficient Mobile SMART Repairer to cover our Clients sites across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fully equipped Volkswagen Transporter Van, complete with all necessary tools and equipment. You will manage your own diary and be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to meet manufacturer's specifications.

• Travel between sites across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey to perform SMART repairs on Group stock.
• Operate from a Volkswagen Transporter Van equipped with a pop-up gazebo, tools, and all necessary equipment.
• Manage your own diary and schedule to ensure timely and efficient repair work.
• Repair damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications, maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

• Fully qualified repairer to City and Guilds level or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in SMART repair.
• Experience working in a bodyshop is preferred but not essential.
• ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential as training and development opportunities are provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Competitive salary with an achievable OTE of £50,000 to £55,000.
