Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer

We are looking for an Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas, heating, plumbing and drainage installations.

* Undertake pipework inspections, modifications and repairs, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

* Respond to client enquiries, provide technical advice and report defects identified during service visits.

* Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports, service records and remedial works documentation.

* Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work systems and safe working practices whilst delivering excellent customer service.

To be successful for this Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer role you must have:

* Experience within a commercial maintenance, facilities management or similar environment.

* C&G Level 2, NVQ Level 2, technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Plumbing, Heating or a related discipline.

* Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing, drainage, heating and gas systems.

* Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and professionally on client sites.
