The Role

As a Mobile Repair Technician, you'll travel to customer locations carrying out vehicle inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

* Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

* Complete inspections and identify additional repair work where required.

* Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards.

* Accurately complete job sheets and service reports.

* Deliver excellent customer service at every appointment.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Mobile Repair Technician, Mobile Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.

* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
