Mobile Tyre Operations Manager required in Nottingham

• Basic Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £40,000 through bonus on company and individual performance
• Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturdays (1 in 2) : 8am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities in this Operations Manager role include:

• Managing and Controlling the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Tyre fitting team
• Coordinate schedules, routes, and resources to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Manage team performance, training, and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee Stock and ensure all equipment is up to date within company standards
• Handle customer issues, track KPIs, and implement process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in managing field-based or mobile teams desired but not essential
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Confident communicator with excellent leadership qualities.
• Confident IT skills
• Comfortable using scheduling, reporting, and Stock management Softwares
• Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach.
