Salary: £38,625 + Bonus (OTE £48,000) + Company Van
Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays. 40-hours per week

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our client’s main site in Yeovil. The successful Mobile Vehicle Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Mobile Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• We ideally want Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair however we would consider Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence - no more than 6 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
