Mobile Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic with a well-established vehicle hire company covering the Barking area.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Benefits for the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• A competitive starting salary of £40,800 p.a. with an overall earning of up to £45,000 p.a.
• Bonus Opportunity which is quarterly paid.
• Any overtime is paid and time+half.
• Monday to Friday (42.5 hour week) 8.00am-5.30pm.
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00am-12.00pm at time+half (working in branch on Saturdays not mobile).
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) & 1 Birthday Day holiday.
• Jobs are sent through 5 days in advance so your days will be planned in advance.

Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• A Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Your job will be your passion, and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• Your own Technician tools.

The salary for this Mobile Vehicle Technician role is up to £40,800 basic with an OTE of £45,000.
The hours of work for this role are: Monday to Friday (42.5 hour week) 8.00am-5.30pm.
