Model Manager

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a dynamic Model Manager to join a leading design consultancy, in permanent position on a hybrid basis in London.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting commercial, residential, leisure and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and develop a diverse roster of models and overseeing bookings.

-Act as the key point of contact between clients and talent, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

-Scout and onboard new talent while maintaining strong industry relationships.

-Oversee the upkeep of model portfolios and support marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for:

-In-depth knowledge of COBie and BIM exchange formats (e.g., IFC).

-Familiarity with point cloud integration and its benefits.

-Strong grasp of information management workflows.

-Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud (especially Collaborate Pro) and CDEs.

-Solid understanding of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and general BIM standards.

-Knowledge of project lifecycles and RIBA stage deliverables.
