About the Role
We are looking for two Modern Apprentices to work across our Human Resources/Recruitment and Organisational Development (OD) departments.
The role will provide support to Human Resources (HR) with the day to day HR operations of recruitment, employee records and employee relations. The role will also provide support to the Organisational Development team to ensure organisational development is supported, administered and reported on professionally.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about Human Resources/Recruitment and Organisational Development, gain experience in these fields and add value to the work that we do. We will support you to understand our departments, systems and processes. Your programme will be comprised of six months in Human Resources carrying out Organisational Development tasks and six months in the recruitment team.
In these posts you will have on the job training and support and gain invaluable paid work experience whilst working towards a recognised qualification. The Scottish vocational qualification will be from the business and administration framework.
As a modern apprentice you will be required to develop skills, knowledge and gain experience with a view to building knowledge and an understanding of the organisation and the team you support.
You must be a keen learner, have a positive attitude, be well presented and have good knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Office suite packages and be able to demonstrate that you have the ability and commitment to complete an appropriate level of qualification.

Our office is in Dundee and we have an agile working policy. We encourage remote working and support a less office-based format. We are happy to discuss individual arrangements and consider agile working, depending on job requirements (such as being in the office for training events and meetings etc.).
