The Role:
Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a love of language and culture, and develop students' communication skills.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic and enriching French curriculum that promotes language acquisition, cultural understanding, and communicative competence.
Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive technology, authentic materials, and cultural activities, to create a stimulating and immersive learning experience.
Play an active role in the school's extracurricular programme, organizing language clubs, cultural events, and exchange trips.
Contribute to the school's pastoral care system, supporting students' well-being and personal development.
Candidate Profile:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a genuine passion for Modern Foreign Languages education.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in French, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of French language and culture.
Be an engaging and enthusiastic teacher with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Be a collaborative and supportive colleague who is committed to the school's ethos and values.
