Salary: 25k-27.5K basic + tiered commission

We are working with a multi award winning company based in Halifax. They deal with new build investments, BTL, bridging and development finance. The company has access to high tech sites that can act as a comparison site for customer ease. They are looking for a Mortgage Administrator who will qualified leads and progress the case to completion.

Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;

• 1 years experience as a mortgage administrator is essential from a broker environment
• Customer focused and detail orientated
• CeMAP desirable but not essential

Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;

• Ensure loan criteria is met and clearly explained to customer
• Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately
• Updating customer throughout the process
• Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey
