What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively Progressing Cases: Guide individual mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
• Client Relations: Get clients agreed in principle and maintain positive relationships with both customers and Mortgage Brokers.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on to keep purchases and re-mortgages moving along seamlessly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Top Performing Mortgage Brokers to provide exceptional service.
• Deadline Management: Ensure that customers achieve their dream move by effectively prioritising your workload.
• Communication: Support mortgage brokers by handling client communications via phone and email.
