You’ll be supported by an experienced team and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative setting.
The Role
As the first point of contact for mortgage clients, you’ll be handling inbound queries via phone and email. You’ll also manage the end-to-end mortgage administration process - organising documents, updating internal systems, researching customer circumstances, and liaising with lenders, builders, and brokers. Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth, professional customer journey from enquiry to completion.
