Placr Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an established financial services organisation on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Mortgage Administrator who understands the mortgage application process and enjoys providing a high level of service to clients.

The role

You will support mortgage applications from initial submission through to approval and completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and processed efficiently.

Working closely with clients, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders, you will gather the necessary information, respond to enquiries and resolve any issues that could delay an application.

You will maintain accurate client and mortgage records, update internal systems and prepare and submit documentation to lenders. You will also monitor the progress of applications and payments, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

The position will involve preparing reports for management, supporting general mortgage administration and ensuring all work complies with relevant industry regulations and internal procedures.

About you

To be considered, you should have:

At least two years’ experience in mortgage administration or a closely related position

Good knowledge of mortgage processes, documentation and regulatory requirements

*

Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills

*

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several applications simultaneously

*

Confidence using Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software

*

A proactive approach to problem-solving and working to deadlines
