Location: Bicester
On Target Earnings: £60,000+
Our client, a leading and well-established estate agency brand, is currently seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their dynamic team in Bicester.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to support and drive mortgage business
• Attract and convert new business while working to professional and performance targets
• Provide clear, tailored mortgage and protection advice that supports the full customer journey
• Attend regular branch meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment

What you’ll need:

• Full CeMAP or industry-recognised equivalent
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and communication skills
• Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
