We're working with an independent and well established estate agency in Chelmsford that's growing it's in-house mortgage team. You'll benefit from warm leads generated by the highly successful sales team, plus access to a valuable back book of existing customers. Real opportunities to help people move.

What's on offer:

• Basic Salary from £29,000
• OTE of £50k-£70k+ in year 1
• Hybrid working - 4 days in their stunning, modern office and 1 day from home
• Uncapped, tiered commission scheme up to 40%
• Supportive admin team handling post-sale case management and suitability letters
• Whole of market access - both Mortgages and Protection
• Leads provided daily from a thriving estate agency team
• Monday to Friday 8:45 - 6:00pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Key responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach to meet and exceed business goals.
• Strictly adhere to the established sales structure, ensuring the highest standards of advice quality and compliance guidance are maintained at all times.
• Provide comprehensive advice on general insurance, mortgage options, and personal protection, aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Initiate contact with customers to recover missed opportunities and explore potential avenues for business development.
• Convert booked appointments into tangible business opportunities, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
• Work seamlessly with the estate agency team to actively promote mortgage and financial services business.

What we're looking for:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent industry qualifications)
• Minimum of 6 months' mortgage advising experience
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player
• Estate agency background? That's a bonus but not essential
• A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and grow your income
