Mortgage Adviser ( Whole market)

An excellent new position within a long established specialist lending operation.

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join the team on a hybrid basis ( with offices in Tamworth). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they receive tailored advice that meets their financial needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of securing a mortgage, contributing to their homeownership journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on specialist mortgage products and services to clients.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.

Experience
• Previous experience in Mortgages or related field is a must.
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to clients.
• Experience of specialist mortgage products such as buy to let and regulated bridging desirable.
