Mortgage Advisor - London / Hybrid - Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're currently working with a dynamic and client-focused mortgage and financial planning firm based in London who are looking to add a Mortgage Advisor to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience looking to join a modern, forward-thinking business that offers excellent progression and support.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for delivering expert advice across a range of mortgage and protection products, working closely with clients to understand their needs and helping them secure the right solutions. The firm places a real emphasis on quality advice and long-term client relationships, so this role would suit someone who shares those values.

You’ll also have access to a strong flow of leads and be supported by an experienced administrative team, allowing you to focus on doing what you do best — advising.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compliant advice on mortgages and related protection products
• Work with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals
• Research and recommend suitable products using tools such as Twenty7Tec
• Manage the mortgage process from enquiry through to completion
• Keep systems and client records up to date
• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Able to advise on life insurance and protection products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Experience with CRM systems like 360 and Twenty7Tec is a plus
