We're seeking a driven, experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our team, guiding clients seamlessly through their secured loan journey and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities for Second Charge Mortgage Advisor:

• Identify clients’ financial needs and eligibility through clear, effective fact-finding.
• Expertly handle loan applications from start to finish, delivering a smooth client experience.
• Keep clients confidently informed every step of the way—building trust and clarity.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline the loan journey.
• Maintain impeccable FCA standards, ensuring quality, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and lender insights to offer outstanding, relevant advice.
• Thrive on targets, driving personal and team success while growing with our business.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor.
• A results-focused mindset, taking ownership of targets to drive positive customer outcomes while contributing to business growth.
• Strong knowledge of second charge mortgage products, industry regulations, and lending procedures.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear, confident advice to customers.
• A keen eye for detail, with analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and present suitable solutions.
