Mortgage Advisor

A HNW mortgage broker based in London are looking for a mortgage advisor to join them on a self-employed basis. All leads are provided, and all leads are 500K and above in mortgage value.

Back office support and 6 month retainer also provided!

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Advisor:

• Minimum 1 years' Mortgage Advice experience
• CAS status
• CeMAP qualified

Duties as a Mortgage Advisor include:

• Convert leads provided by the business
• Make sure all work is compliant
• Helping find each customer the right products to suit them
• Must be driven and determined

• 40k - 50k OTE in your first year

• 3-6 month retainer
• 40% Commission
