Mortgage Advisor

This employed Mortgage Advisor job in Ongar provides opportunity to receive pre-qualified leads per month

The leads are all pre-qualified before being passed to you. In addition, you will receive local mortgage enquiries for clients in the local area. Plus, you will have access to their database to review existing clients needs.

As an experienced Mortgage Advisor, you should look to convert a high number of leads and write good levels of business.

Alongside the leads provided, the business would like you to be able to proactively generate some business yourself, such as networking, referrals, your own database etc

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• You should be a current or recently active Mortgage Advisor
• Ideally, you should have CAS status

• Salary of up to £35,000 (including car allowance) plus uncapped bonus
• Hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm (1hr for lunch)
