Mortgage Advisor

We are working with a very well established WOM broker based in Hampshire. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support. The leads are strong, with high fee potential and in turn you will be putting through high levels of business (writing £20k+ per month isn't unusual here). They have an excellent company culture and a low turnover of staff.

To note; you would do 2 late starts per week and finish at 4pm every Friday. It mostly Monday-Friday, but once a month there will be a Saturday shift.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
• Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Work towards KPIs and other targets

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Previous Mortgage Advisor experience
• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
